This was a probably the biggest preparation project we have undertaken. The Sellers built a home but were not in a position to complete the project due to time constraints. The Sellers were also conscious of funding the remaining work as they did not want to use all their savings. We organised funding for the owners through one of our finance partners, which assisted us to finish the projects and present the property in its best light.
The result of the project was significant as the “As Is” appraisal was well below market value.
